  • Review of current health state (vikriti) and baseline constitution (prakriti)

  • Physical Assessment (darshanam) including pulse, tongue, face, eyes, and nails

Week 2 - Crafting Your Path To Wellness: Personalized Strategies for Balance

  • Analysis of Doshic imbalances and restoration plan with herbs, self-care routines, diet, movement, and Ayurvedic tools

Week 3-14 - Navigating Your Wellness Journey: Progress Tracking & Guidance

  • Weekly 30-minute Zoom sessions

  • Track progress and provide personalized guidance

  • Goal setting and accountability

  • Assess progress, adjust herbal formulas, and refine wellness plan

Week 15-16 - Honoring Your Progress: Reflection, Celebration, Future Plans

  • Deep reflection on journey, milestones, challenges, and gained insights
